|
| Figure 1 - The initial menu after the system login shows
how a single member of staff can operate with multiple roles. Their
diaries (see later) display, and allow them to manage, all of their duties for
the day. |
|

|
| Figure 2 - All staff have their diaries, and
there's a facility for creating resource diaries too, so you can track vehicles,
training rooms, OHP's and VCR's, etc, etc, etc in exactly the same way. |
|

|
| Figure 3 - Role definition, role assignment, and
duty assignment is all in the same screen. Define exactly what you want each of
your deployment staff to action, how much they can see and change, and if you
decide to change things around when you're half-way through the project, you
can. |

|
| Figure 4 - Computer records form the backbone of
the database, so stock allocation is tightly managed to ensure there is no risk
of confusion, corruption or duplication. Cyclone has many entry forms, each is
designed to make the data accessible and logical - without being
overcomplicated. Time-saving features (such as assigning a range of asset tags
in one operation) were created because of real-life requirements, not for the
sake of adding new functionality. |
